The Municpality of Tripoli has established the cultural summer. From the beginning of July until mid September art is the centre of attention. Puppet shows and other childrens’ shows, local artists and groups from Athens, choir festivals rotate  and perform every night. The St George’s Theatre in moonlight becomes a reference point. There are events happening in every part of the Municipality, all of them attracting crowds of people

Tripoli’s Cultural Summer has become a dynamic institution, and is constantly being improved. Arcadia loves the Arts and that can be seen in Summer in the jam-packed theatres.  In the minds of people this festival has been established as the most important in Greece. That’s why recognized artists from all over Greece honour the organisation with their presence and give their best. Every year more and more visitors are drawn to the magic of the arts.
